About the Alumni Association
Norfolk State University Alumni Association (NSUAA) is comprised of the national officers (president, 1st vice-president, 2nd vice president, secretary, treasurer, chaplain, parliamentarian, and past president), current chapter presidents and five directors at large. The association is a separate entity from the Office of Alumni Relations. The Norfolk Alumni Chapter (NAC-NSUAA) is one of 19 active chapters nationwide.

Purpose
NSUAA was established to organize the alumni of NSU, to develop and encourage interest, and to promote the educational objectives and activities of NSU by providing an organization through which alumni of the University may:

Assist the University in its efforts to obtain public and private support
Communicate with alumni and friends in support of the University, and
Assist the University in recruitment and retention of students, and the development of career opportunities
